London & Countrywide Deliveries
Your delivery day depends on where you live. Our routes are planned to minimise carbon emissions and food miles, which means we normally visit London areas 3 times per week and ship to the rest of the UK twice per week. We always aim to deliver by 10:00am and our first deliveries can be as early as 4am (our drivers won’t knock before 8.30am unless specifically told to do so).
Tuesday by 10:00am
Thursday by 10:00am
Please provide us with your desired delivery date and appropriate delivery instructions by entering the relevant information in a window located on your shopping cart page.
On the shopping cart page you can add any other notes relevant to your order and include delivery instructions such as ‘tuck the box under a hedge’ or 'leave with neighbour at No. 27'.
If your cleanse lasts for more than 3 days, multiple deliveries will be arranged at no extra cost. This is because our juices and nut milk are raw and have a 4-day shelf life. Please keep your juices in the fridge, and refrigerate them at 5C or below.
If we are unable to deliver to the address you have given to us for any reason, we will attempt to contact you to make other arrangements. We reserve the right to charge you for your order in this instance. We are not obliged to accommodate late changes to your delivery address.
In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep (or any other place specified) or damaged whilst there, we do not accept liability and will offer compensation only at our discretion.
You may cancel your order within 2 working days of placing it and all cancellations must be received no less than 2 working days before your start date. Cancellations need to be accepted by a member of our team via email or telephone.
